Smoke is deception.

Every day, smoke enters the lungs. At first, it seems to help you calm down. But in reality, it's a deception. Smoke steals your strength. Those who smoke get tired faster and sleep worse. The skin becomes dull, teeth turn yellow, and fingers smell of soot. Inside, however, it's a different story: blood vessels narrow, the heart struggles to pump blood, and the lungs lose their ability to breathe deeply. This isn't an instant punishment, but a slow decline. Those around the smoker suffer as well. Children, parents, anyone standing nearbyโthey inhale the same poison, but against their will. Quitting means reclaiming your freedom. After just a few days without smoke, the taste of food returns, scents become brighter, and sleep grows deeper. The body knows how to heal, if only you let it. No single minute of false calm is worth the years stolen from your life.
